A Door Manufacturing & Construction Company requires staff to fill the 3 posts mentioned below immediately. These posts are open to

Singaporean, Malaysian and/or Permanent Residents only.











Site Co-Ordinator (Carpentry/Joiner/Timber/Wood/Doors Manufacturer)



Responsibilities:

You will assist the Site Co-Ordination Work for Carpentry/timber/door products to the Factory in Malaysia and also the staff in Singapore.



Requirements:

· Diploma in Adminstration

· Minimum 1 year experience in Co-Ordination/Adminstrative Work of Construction material and products to the Construction Industry.

· Preferable those with Co-Ordination/Adminstrative experience in Construction Area.

· Class 3 Driving Licence Required

. Preferred ability to converse in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

You will assist in Quantity Surveyor work in respect of tendering for various Construction Projects Coordinate and Liaise with various contractors/sub-contractors on the costing/quotation of various items and work to be done for each and every project.



Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field in the management and supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.

· Preferable those with work experience in Construction Work.

Responsibilities:

To manage/supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

To coordinate and monitor activities at project site and the delivery of materials.

Checks and limit the wastage of materials for the project

Works with subcontractors for proper execution of work



· Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry ; and

. Reporting to the Project Manager on progress of work at site

. Class 3 Driving Licence Preferred
