Financial Analysis Manager ,


Responsibilities: ,

* Analyze and interpret financial and operational data and transfer that data into meaningful and focused information reporting used to drive performance results and action ,
* Completion of various ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis activities ,
* Design and produce reports, analytic models and key leading financial indicators to support the business ,
* Develop analytical frameworks to assist decision-making ,
* Create flash and dashboard reports and design corporate metrics and financial models for tracking and performance measurement ,
* Conduct hands-on financial and business operations modeling that incorporates internal and external data sources ,
* Participate in project teams charged with developing, assessing, recommending, and implementing business solutions ,
* Improving business performance tracking, including financial performance ,
* Support implementation of strategic plans, processes ,
* Ensure maintenance of Corporate Internal Control standards ,
* Preparation and distribution of monthly reporting. Also responsible for a number of internal and corporate reporting processes. ,
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of the annual business plan. ,
* Directly responsible to Senior Corporate Finance Manager. ,


Requirements: ,

* Male/Female, Max 35 years old. ,
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred ,
* Min 5 years of relevant experience including financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and business support ,
* Currently holds managerial level, with comprehensive experiences in management accounting & budgeting ,
* Experienced in developing and preparing financial forecast and also short & long term of Financial Business Plan ,
* Experienced in developing financial simulations new programs, product and project development ,
* Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy ,
* Ability to work effectively at both detail and big picture levels ,
* Excellent business and analytical skills ,
* Ability to recognize and solve business problems by applying appropriate use of logic to quickly isolate the trends or problems ,
* Strategic thinking with ability to translate to operational objectives ,
* Self-directed and highly-motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, hands-on environment ,
* Creativity; ability to independently develop and analyze alternative solutions ,
* Ability to create, refine and manage new business processes ,
* Expertise in Excel and in financial modeling ,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels. ,
* Proficient in English (oral and written) ,
