Sales Account Manager - IT & Telecom Company

Our client, A Global Leader Company in International IT & Telecom, located in Jakarta looking for talented professionals as:

Sales Account Manager


Purpose of The Position:

* The Sales Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to create and to develop ongoing business relationships with our business client’s Senior Managers and IT Managers.


Scope:

* The primary focus of the role is to generate new business and to develop existing accounts, by identifying and closing good business for The company’s portfolio. These services will include: Application Solutions and Professional Services, PDA devices and POS machines, Networking (WAN/LAN) and Outsourcing contracts.


Responsibilities:

* Pro-actively generate new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative and with the support and direction of the Sales Manager to develop the core propositions and generate new business leads.
* Cold call prospective new business customers on a regular basis.
* Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and to achieve sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager.
* Produce customer-specific proposals, and attend customer meetings and Presentations, at all times aiming to persuade prospects/clients
* Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase order, and ensure successful service delivery.
* Provide accurate and timely management information, to include: Target focussed action plans, Activity reports, Forecasts, KPI’s
* To develop and maintain knowledge and experience of relevant technologies.
* Adhere to the Quality Manual and the Quality Procedures as defined in the Company’s Quality management System.


Requirements:

* Male/Female, max 35 years old.
* Knowledge of ERP application
* Knowledge of Accounting.
* Understanding of key business issues and a track records
* Minimum of 3 years proven, successful and sustained sales track record within a similar company selling IT Solutions
* knowledge of Infrastructure & Application Solutions incl. Professional Services
* Absolute understanding of the sales cycle/ process.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Effective and successful negotiation skills
* Excellent Presentation skills
* Effective verbal and listening communications skills
* Effective written communications skills
* Fluency in English Language
* Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
